2nd Anchor is a villain of Pons. He is cunning and deceptive. He will lie to get what he wants, or to save his own hide, with little regard for others.
He was slightly inspired by the Norse god Loki.
He is a politician and manipulator. Though he has little magical power, his position as adviser to the king gives him influential power thus making him the most dangerous of all the Anchors.
